Utilities Engineer - 62613

Are you ready to take the next step in your engineering career? Our client is seeking a Senior Engineer - Facilities & Soft Services to join their dynamic Engineering team. This critical role will ensure seamless site operations while meeting all regulatory and corporate requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Manage service provider contracts across GxP and non-GxP operations
• Ensure facilities remain in a constant state of GMP compliance and audit readiness
• Lead investigations related to safety, quality, and service performance
• Provide technical facilities support to ongoing site projects
• Oversee budgeting and drive service optimization

Scope of Responsibility Includes:

• Facility maintenance and repair
• Sanitization and cleaning of production and lab areas
• Pest control, laundry services, catering, and security systems
• Lab services and supplies

Key Collaborations:

Work cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, Procurement, and Global teams to manage and optimize third-party service delivery.

Who You Are:

• Degree-qualified (Level 8) in Science or Engineering with 6+ years' site-based experience
• Strong leader with proven people and project management skills
• Comfortable operating in a GMP environment
• Experienced in regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with a track record of delivering results
