Associate Director - Global Supply Chain Program Manager

A global leader in the life sciences sector is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Project Manager to drive large-scale supply chain transformation and system optimisation programmes across international operations.

This is a high-impact role, central to shaping the effectiveness, resilience, and integration of complex global supply chains. You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic supply chain projects, with a strong focus on ERP and digital systems implementation, process optimisation, and cross-functional integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global supply chain transformation and optimisation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy.

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain system implementations, including ERP and other digital platforms, ensuring successful integration across functions.

  • Oversee large-scale, cross-border supply chain projects, balancing scope, cost, and timelines in complex environments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders across operations, procurement, quality, and IT.

  • Drive continuous improvement through change management, process excellence, and risk mitigation.

  • Define and monitor KPIs to ensure project success and long-term supply chain efficiency.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 10+ years' experience in global supply chain project management, ideally within life sciences, FMCG, or medical devices.

  • Proven track record of delivering large, complex system implementation and optimisation projects.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP integration; SAP or equivalent experience is a distinct advantage.

  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent) strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, regulated, and highly collaborative environment.
