Job Title: Hygiene Manager

Location: Naas (On-site)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Occasional weekend work may be required

A leading food manufacturing company undergoing a period of significant growth is seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to oversee hygiene operations across a number of busy manufacturing sites. This is a permanent, full-time role based on-site in Naas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the hygiene team across multiple production areas
• Ensure hygiene standards meet regulatory and customer requirements at all times
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures in line with best practice
• Conduct regular audits and inspections, taking corrective action where required
• Liaise closely with Quality, Production and Technical teams to maintain site standards
• Train and develop hygiene staff, ensuring full understanding of food safety protocols
• Monitor chemical usage, equipment maintenance and hygiene-related documentation

Requirements:

• Proven supervisory or management experience in a hygiene role within a food manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety legislation, and hygiene standards
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekend work as needed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced manufacturing environment
