Position: Quality Manager
Industry: Food Manufacturing
As a Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing my client's reputation for producing top-quality food products. You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our quality control and assurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement in product quality and safety.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain consistent product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, raw materials, and finished products.
- Stay current with food safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring company-wide compliance.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and coordinate inspections and audits.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program.
- Perform risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Lead investigations into product quality issues and customer complaints.
- Supervise and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality management within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Experience with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
