Key Responsibilities
- Perform all downstream process steps, including column chromatography, UF/DF, and filtration.
- Design experimental approaches to solve manufacturing challenges.
- Support upstream MS&T labs with bioreactor sampling and data collection.
- Assist process analytics MS&T labs in executing analytical assays.
- Participate in site safety and training programs to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other functions on facility fit assessments, specification changes, technical evaluations, and change management.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing process events and evaluate new process technologies using scale-down models.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cGMP compliance, site requirements, and regulatory expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Biological or Chemical Sciences/Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of direct lab experience in downstream processes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in upstream or process analytics is not required; training will be provided.
