An established Irish manufacturer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Support Executive to join their team in Cavan. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with sales, logistics, technical support, and marketing teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound telephone sales and generating orders on internal systems

• Supporting the field-based sales team with quotes, product specs, and documentation

• Coordinating with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries

• Managing customer expectations and resolving any logistical issues

• Following up on sales leads and maintaining a strong opportunity pipeline

• Supporting trade shows and marketing events when required

• Producing detailed sales reports and presentations

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook essential)

• A team player, comfortable working cross-functionally

• Willingness to travel for trade shows and occasional UK-based meetings or training

You'll receive a comprehensive 6-month induction and training programme to ensure you're fully equipped to succeed in this role and support the company's continued growth across European markets.
