Senior Manager - Global Indirect Procurement (Travel & Cards)
Location: Dublin , Ireland

Are you an experienced procurement professional with deep expertise in global travel and card programmes? We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end global category strategy for Travel and Corporate Cards across a complex, international business.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and lead global sourcing strategy for all travel categories: airlines, hotels, car rental, travel management companies, duty of care services, and travel technology platforms (e.g. Concur).
Oversee corporate card programmes including T&E, PCard, and VCard.
Manage a global spend of over €300million delivering against KPIs including cost reduction, supplier consolidation, compliance, and working capital.
Lead supplier relationship management, performance metrics, and contract negotiations-ensuring compliance with global standards on data protection and IT security.
Partner with regional and functional stakeholders to align sourcing strategy with business objectives.
Champion adoption of preferred suppliers and procurement tools to drive efficiency and user compliance.
Mentor and support regional category teams and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile Requirements:
Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
10+ years' experience in indirect procurement with proven global category leadership.
Specific expertise in corporate travel procurement and card programme management is essential.
Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, and supplier negotiation skills.
Comfortable navigating complex, matrixed global environments.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement analytics tools.
