Supply Chain Site Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Site Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring strong customer service levels through proactive management of supply priorities, production planning, and order fulfillment with external manufacturing partners. You will serve as the key point of contact between contract manufacturers, internal stakeholders, and customers, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and resolution of any supply-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain operations with external manufacturing partners to ensure production meets demand.
• Oversee timely placement and fulfillment of purchase orders.
• Act as the main liaison for supply inquiries, shipments, scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Review and track open orders, addressing exceptions and escalating where needed.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to mitigate risks.
• Support regulatory alignment to enable on-time production.
• Monitor and manage shortages, allocations, and stock-outs.
• Provide input into performance metrics and long-range forecasts.
• Lead or support projects to improve supply chain efficiency.

• Strong background in supply chain, logistics, or production planning.
• Experience coordinating with external manufacturing organizations or contract manufacturers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
