Job Title: Global CMO Manager

Company Overview: An established pharmaceutical company undergoing significant transformation in its external manufacturing network is seeking an experienced supply chain professional. This individual will lead a strategic team responsible for managing the company's virtual supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously evaluate supplier performance against established benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), promptly addressing any issues or non-compliance.
• Source new external suppliers to enhance the company's manufacturing capabilities.
• Manage the artwork department and utilize systems to minimize lead time from artwork creation to approval.
• Network with internal and corporate teams to align future plant and Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) capabilities with evolving business needs.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers, promoting open communication, trust, and long-term partnerships.
• Ensure and improve the operational delivery of all external suppliers to meet global demand.

Experience Required:

• Ideally degree-qualified with 8-10 years of experience in supplier management, preferably within the life science sector.
• Extensive experience in contract manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills in supply chain management.
