Position: Supply Chain Project Manager

About the Role: As a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager, you'll take the lead in managing and improving the Supply Chain processes in our client's leading Biotech manufacturing facility. Your main focus will be on overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise along the way. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Supply Chain Change Controls, including setting timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Investigate and resolve major and minor deviations in the Supply Chain, working closely with teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues on deviation management, CAPAs, and other quality-related processes.
  • Write technical reports and SOPs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their approval.
  • Develop protocols for executing Supply Chain tasks related to change controls and investigations.
  • Offer technical expertise and guidance on root cause analysis and process improvement.
  • Analyze trends in deviations and other quality metrics, and ensure department milestones are met.
  • Assist with audits by external agencies, providing information on deviations and change controls as needed
  • Collaborate with global Supply Chain leads and local resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in biotech/pharma manufacturing or a related field
  • Experience in investigating quality deviations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and management teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management experience.
  • Experience interacting with regulatory agencies
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP.
  • Knowledge of advanced RCA methods.
  • 6-Sigma/Lean Yellow Belt certification
