Technical Coordinator

Now Hiring: Technical Co-Ordinator | Kildare | Food Manufacturing

Are you a detail-focused, compliance-savvy professional with a background in food manufacturing? I'm working with a well established food company based in Kildare to find a Technical Coordinator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update product specifications and technical documentation
• Approve artwork and labelling in line with legal and customer requirements
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Suppliers, and Customers on all technical matters
• Support the supplier approval process and manage traceability documentation
• Participate in audits and site visits, and assist with technical project work

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science or a related discipline
• 1-2 years' experience in a technical/QA role within food manufacturing
• Proven experience in spec writing and label compliance
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with online retailer spec systems is a strong plus
