We're Hiring - Environmental Coordinator - Waterford

A growing agri-food business is looking for an Environmental Coordinator to join their team in Waterford. This role offers the chance to build your career in environmental compliance and sustainability while gaining exposure across multiple sites.

You will support farm teams on environmental compliance, sustainability projects, and continuous improvement initiatives, with occasional travel to other sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain environmental compliance across farm sites
• Support agri-sustainability initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and audits
• Provide guidance and training on environmental standards

Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years' experience in environmental science, agriculture, or sustainability
• Strong knowledge of environmental compliance and regulations
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Full driving licence
