NPD Lead - Munster (On-Site)

Are you passionate about developing high-quality, consumer-focused products from concept to launch? We're hiring an NPD Lead to join a fast-paced, innovative food business based in Munster.

In this hands-on product development role, you'll take ownership of innovation projects within a high-output retail category. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and major retail customers to deliver products that align with market trends, pricing demands, and seasonal cycles.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the full NPD process from initial brief through to product launch
• Working cross-functionally with technical, operations, commercial, and procurement teams
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and range expansion using market insight and commercial input
• Supporting a dynamic production site with a structured but fast-moving approach

Who We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in NPD, product development, or a similar hands-on innovation role
• Background in food science, agri-food, or butchery/culinary highly desirable
• Strong understanding of FMCG, retail expectations, and consumer trends
• Practical experience managing projects from concept to launch
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a commercial mindset
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile environment
