Our client, a leading Financial Software organisation is offering a great opportunity for an Application Support Specialist to join their lines of client support. The professional my client is looking for is highly passionate and committed, ready to enter with a sponge like mentality, ready to absorb, learn and grow within the company.   

What you’ll do:

-          You will provide excellent level of support to the organisation’s multi-national clients.

-          You will use your interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with the organisation’s customers to ensure you successfully resolve any issues encountered. 

-          You will coordinate effectively with team members and customer to ensure issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently.

What you have:

-          You have experience in Application Support | 2 years +

-          You are SQL proficient.

-          You have experience dealing with the client.

-          You have exposure to a Financial/ FinTech environment | Very strong advantage

-          You have a Bachelor’s Degree.
